Your Privacy

The short version

I collect only what you choose to share, I use it to reply to you and to deliver the sessions and resources you ask for, and I do not sell your information. This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

What I collect

• What you type into the form on this site: your name, email, optional phone number, optional date of birth, what you are interested in, and any message you choose to write.
• Basic attribution: if you arrived through a link, I may keep where you came from (for example a campaign tag, the referring site, and the first page you landed on). This is kept in your own browser for up to 90 days and is sent with the form only if you submit it.
• If I send you a private link to share kind words about our work, what you type there: your name, which offering you worked with me on, your words, and a note that you agreed I may publish them. They stay private until I approve them, and I only publish them if you ticked the box to say I may.
• If you use the free Moon tool: your name, email, birth date, birth time and birth place. I use them to work out your Moon sign and to write to you. The place you type is sent to a public location lookup service (Open-Meteo) so the right time zone can be found; nothing else is sent to it.
• Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, whether the contact form was started or sent, and where visitors came from (a campaign tag or the referring site). A random code kept in your browser lets me count visits without knowing who you are. No names, no IP addresses, and no tracking across other websites. These statistics are deleted after 90 days.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe when you buy something. I do not see or store your card number.

How it is used

• To reply to your message and send the free guides or circle details you requested.
• To schedule and deliver sessions, and to send confirmations and reminders.
• To keep a simple record of our correspondence and understand which resources people find helpful.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored in GoHighLevel, the customer-management and scheduling service I use, which also sends the emails. Bookings run through its calendar, and payments run through Stripe. Kind words sent through a private link, and the editable text of this website, are stored in Supabase, a database service. These services process information on my behalf under their own privacy terms. Sessions take place on Zoom. This website is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies. It stores a small attribution note in your browser's local storage, described above, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. The site also includes a visitor-tracking script from GoHighLevel, the customer system that handles bookings and email: if you submit a form, your visits to this site may be connected to your contact record there so I can see how you found me. Embedded services such as booking or payment pages may set their own cookies when you open them.

Keeping it and your choices

I keep your information for as long as it is useful for our work together or as needed for my records. You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to starwellastro@gmail.com. Every email I send can also be unsubscribed from.
